Report vehicle defects if you encounter while using the vehicle, which includes:

u Wipers worn out
u Tyres worn out
u Any other sounds which may lead to mechanical issues.
Customer Service:
Be knowledgeable with the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions, Vehicle Insurance Policy, and Security Deposit charge and refund policy.
Assist customers with luggage, ensure comfort, and provide helpful information regarding the vehicle and the destination.
Route Planning:
Plan the best routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays.
