We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver cum Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a valid UAE driving license (Category 5) and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic is essential for effective communication.
Act as point of contact for site-related tasks: assist in plumbing fixes, coordinate routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Support onsite teams with facility upkeep--everything from unblocking drains to checking lighting or water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws.
Supervise daily operations and coordinate with team members to ensure timely task completion.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members in multiple languages.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance checks.
Report any incidents or issues to the management promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Valid UAE driving license (Category 5).
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
