COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Al Safwan Marine a leading provider of marine safety inspection and services based in Sharjah. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch safety solutions and services to the maritime industry, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance. We are currently seeking an experienced Driver cum Service Technician to join our expert team.

POSITION

-Driver cum Service Technician

LOCATION

: Sharjah

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

:

? Perform the day to day duties assigned by the team lead.

? Arrange delivery/collection of the workshop service components & spares.

? Support the team lead in making local purchase of the spares.

? Support the team in servicing of hydraulic systems, hydraulic power units, hydraulic

components on board ships/rigs & in workshops.

? Support the team to inspect, service & test hydraulic components such as pumps, motors,

valves, cylinders, accumulators and filters

? Effective communication and collaboration with client/ship crew.

? Perform documentation of the service/projects as required by the team lead.

? Support the division in the lifting equipment inspection jobs as and when required.

? Should be willing to undergo trainings at Manufacturer's facility

? Should be willing to work in yard/workshop, anchorage & overseas.

? Should be willing to learn and involve in new products/services in the marine industry.

? Comply with safety protocols & company HSE requirements.

Technician Requirements

? UAE driving License - Manual.

? Knowledge about roads in and around Dubai/ Sharjah.

? Experience in using hand and power tools

? Experience in hydraulic services will be an added advantage.

? Ability to work as part of a team

Qualification:

? Related diploma or ITI related to Mechanical Engineering.

? More than 2 years of hands-on experience in technical works in the UAE

? Must be able to understand our products models and specs in a very short period

? Clear English language speaking

? Must be a Fast learner, highly disciplined

? 100% physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment

Age limit:

25 - 33 years.

Salary range:

AED 2000 to 2500.
