As a Driver and Sales Representative in Screen star trading (Branch of Al Hareb group) is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of printing materials (e.g. ink, packaging supplies), while also promoting and selling products to existing and new customers. The role involves route planning, product knowledge, and strong customer service and sales skills.
Safely operate company vehicle to deliver printing materials to customers.
Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
Maintain delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Promote and sell printing materials and related products to clients on delivery routes and in the field.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Up sell products based on customer needs and inventory.
Gather customer feedback and relay to management.
Process invoices, delivery notes, and collect payments as required.
Report any delivery issues, product complaints, or service delays.
