Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and procure materials and services required for villa and home maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, and general repair services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to understand needs, forecast requirements, and manage budgets.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
Stay updated on market trends and new product offerings to enhance procurement strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the facilities or property management sector.
Strong knowledge of home/villa maintenance materials and services.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with local supplier markets.
Experience handling procurement for high-end residential properties.
Knowledge of contract management and compliance regulations.
