Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry in google sheets and quickbooks, and managing office and inventory supplies.
Communication:
Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence via email and mail.
Document Management:
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records in both digital and hard copy formats.
Scheduling:
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments and staff to facilitate smooth internal operations.
Visitor Handling:
Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Support Services:
Provide assistance in basic bookkeeping, photocopying, scanning, and other office functions.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Ensure the office area is organized and tidy at all times house keeping experience needed.
Maintain Organization:
It is importabt thag ypu are physically fit and able to lift heavy items in and around the steel factory and be on your feet for long hours. Factory organization and storekeeping is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business Administration or Accounting
Valid UAE driving license
Proven experience as an office assistant
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Proficiency in quickbooks
Organized and Proactive
Willing to learn and take on more
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 - 60 per week
