Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Driver cum Merchandising Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product delivery, in-store merchandising, and maintaining strong relationships with retail and healthcare outlets. Prior experience in FMCG, healthcare, or skincare products is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver products to retail stores, pharmacies, clinics, and customers as per schedule Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising standards at outlets Stock shelves, check expiry dates, and maintain product freshness Collect orders, handle basic documentation, and coordinate with the sales team Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and clients Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and compliance with UAE traffic rules Assist with basic sales support and promotional activities

Requirements & Qualifications



Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a driver or merchandiser (FMCG / healthcare preferred) Experience in pharmacies, supermarkets, or healthcare outlets is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit and able to handle merchandising tasks Ability to work independently and follow delivery routes efficiently Basic knowledge of MS Office or handheld sales systems is a plus Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
