Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Driver Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing success. Responsibilities: Take driver calls and effectively address driver issues in a timely manner Recruit new drivers and conduct comprehensive driver onboarding Increase the number of riders through strategic recruitment efforts Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver recruitment and rider acquisition Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and driver satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience in driver management, recruitment, or coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving KPIs Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude Have transport to come and leave the office.
