Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rental Car Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the car rental industry, with a strong focus on customer service. As a Rental Car Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up rental vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with customers, and providing excellent customer service throughout the rental process. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver rental vehicles to customers at designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Assist customers with the vehicle inspection process, explaining rental terms and conditions and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collect necessary documentation, including rental agreements, insurance forms, and payment information, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each rental, noting any damages and ensuring the proper completion of checklists and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Rental Car Operations team to ensure the availability and readiness of rental vehicles for delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the rental experience.
• Communicate effectively with the Rental Car Operations team regarding vehicle availability, customer feedback, and any operational concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures while operating rental vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the rental vehicles, both inside and outside, and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in the car rental industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and checklists.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• Familiarity with local traffic regulations and navigation skills to efficiently reach various locations.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

• Urdu or Pashtu or Persia (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Required)
