Tailored by Fairouz is an innovative alteration and tailoring company that brings our services directly to our customers! We operate a fully equipped mobile tailoring van, complete with tailors and sewing machines, providing convenient at-home alterations and tailoring services across Dubai.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled English-speaking Driver & Mobile Tailoring Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our mobile service, responsible for seamlessly managing our customer appointments, driving our manual transmission van safely and efficiently, and ensuring our mobile tailoring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Appointment Management:*

Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and appointment requests.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments efficiently, optimizing routes and timelines.
Manage and update the daily appointment schedule, adapting to changes as needed.
Process customer invoices and manage payments accurately at the point of service.
Driving & Logistics:*

Safely and expertly operate a manual transmission van, navigating Dubai's roads with punctuality and timeliness.
Ensure the van arrives at customer locations on schedule, maintaining our commitment to prompt service.
Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
Van Maintenance & Upkeep:*

Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the mobile tailoring van.
Schedule and coordinate routine services (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations) and any necessary repairs.
Manage van-related issues promptly, including washing and ensuring the van is always presentable.
Operational Support:*

Coordinate effectively with the onboard tailoring team to ensure a smooth workflow at each customer location.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the mobile tailoring station as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a MUST.*

Proven experience driving a manual transmission vehicle.
A valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in managing schedules and handling administrative tasks.
Ability to process payments and handle invoicing.
Proactive and responsible attitude towards vehicle maintenance.
Familiarity with Dubai roads and navigation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
