Job Description
Job purpose:
To provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services in support of company operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
Deliver all official mail, documents, and cheque payments in a timely and secure manner. Drive company vehicles to transport employees as required for business needs. Ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles at all times during duty hours. Collect and deliver mail to the post office as needed. Deliver important documents to designated locations as instructed. Perform routine and preventive maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times. Complete vehicle testing procedures and ensure renewal of registration on time. Provide coverage for drivers in other locations during their annual leave or absence. Perform any other related duties or special tasks assigned by Management.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
Secondary/Higher Secondary Education Good knowledge of UAE driving regulations and safe driving practices. Valid UAE Driver's License (Light Vehicle). Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal); Arabic language is an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to maintain positive relationships and represent the company professionally.
