Job Description

City Tour drivers are responsible for safely transporting groups of people on scheduled tours. They must be able to navigate the roads and highways in their area, as well as adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Tour bus drivers also need to be able to interact with passengers in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

Tour Driver Job Duties

A tour bus driver typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Explaining tourist attractions, landmarks, and activities in the area to passengers during the ride

Providing suggestions for local restaurants and attractions to passengers

Greeting passengers at pickup locations and helping them onto the bus

Operating a tour bus according to a schedule, including driving, picking up passengers at designated locations, and dropping them off at their final destination

Maintaining accurate records of fuel usage, miles driven, and other pertinent information about each bus's operation

Transporting passengers in an orderly fashion and following all traffic laws and regulations

Driving a bus with a group of passengers on a scheduled route, such as a tour of a city or a trip to a national park

Explaining local customs, points of interest, and rules of conduct on the bus to passengers, as well as providing any other services required by passengers during the trip

Providing assistance to passengers with disabilities by helping them board the bus and assisting them with seating arrangements

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
