Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, well-mannered, and experienced personal driver for our CEO. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and timely transportation for all official engagements, maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, and provide a discreet, professional driving service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive the CEO to/from office, meetings, airports, and other business-related engagements. Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times. Ensure the vehicle is always clean (interior and exterior), well-maintained, and fueled. Manage and schedule vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs as needed. Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrival, avoiding traffic and delays. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, tolls, and parking receipts. Coordinate with office staff to manage daily schedules and logistics. Assist the CEO with minor errands as required.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal or corporate driver for senior executives. Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation tools. Professional appearance and polite demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends or outstation trips. Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi or regional language proficiency preferred). Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
