to join our team in the UAE oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in passenger transportation within oilfield environments and a solid understanding of HSE protocols and road safety regulations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport personnel to and from designated oilfield locations, camps, and work sites.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any mechanical issues.
Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and good condition of the assigned bus.
Follow assigned schedules, routes, and instructions as per company transport protocols.
Comply with all UAE road traffic regulations and company HSE policies.
Maintain accurate records of daily trips, fuel usage, and mileage.
Report incidents, delays, or emergencies in a timely manner.
Support logistical movements as required by the operations team.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (Light Bus - Category 5).
Minimum of
3 years' experience driving
, preferably in the
oil and gas industry in the UAE
.
Familiarity with oilfield safety protocols and HSE compliance.
Ability to read and understand transport-related documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good physical condition and alertness.
Flexibility to work in remote locations and on shift schedules.
Preferred:
Basic mechanical knowledge to identify common vehicle issues.
Previous experience with oil and gas logistics or contractor companies in the UAE.
First Aid and defensive driving certifications are a plus.
