Job Description

Responsible for timely, efficient, and safe transportation of authorized persons; conveyance and delivery of effects and goods; maintenance of the assigned vehicle(s) in a clean and mechanically sound condition; and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Drive managers or other visitors
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure that the vehicles are always in good mechanical condition.
Keep the vehicle clean, properly maintained and fuelled at the designated service stations
Participate in budget preparation and monitoring of budgetary allocation of vehicles to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain a regular schedule for all vehicle services, insurance
Administration Support when requested for mailing, distribution and reception whne needed
Strong written and oral communication
Computer literate
