Join our Drilling Services Team! Our Drilling services Team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best As a Drilling Services Kuwait Sales, you will be responsible for customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Contributes to sales plan in a specific region. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients. You will be responsible for: Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice and responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects. Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Handling diverse clients in a region and some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions. Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales and lead a department with medium-sized estimated orders. Handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) Have at least 4 years of experience in Sales. Have strong communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to influence others and lead small teams. Also, lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously and effective problem identification and solution skills.
