Requirements
B.S. degree in Engineering with Seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig
Relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig
Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques;
Ability to read and interpret technical documents;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions under pressure;
Good physical condition and able to work in remote locations and harsh weather conditions
