SME Electromechanical
is seeking an experiencedDrilling Operator
to support the foundation work on our solar construction sites. This role is crucial for executing the precisepiling and drilling required for the installation of PV panel mounting structures
.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain drilling equipment specifically used for
foundation piling
on solar farm sites. Execute drilling operations (e.g., auger drilling, rock drilling) to the specified depth, diameter, and accurate location for PV structure foundations. Calibrate and set up drilling rigs according to technical plans, ensuring alignment and verticality for secure PV installations. Perform pre-operation checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting on all drilling machinery. Strictly adhere to site safety protocols and manage drilling waste efficiently.Requirements:
Solid experience operating heavy drilling machinery
(e.g., piling rigs, large rotary drills) in a demanding construction environment.Direct experience on solar construction sites
or similar foundation/piling projects is highly desirable. Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and foundation drawings (piling plans). Excellent understanding ofsite safety protocols
related to heavy equipment and deep foundation work.Benefits:
