Job Summary
Union Dredgers & Marine Contracting Co. LLC (UDMC) is hiring
Dredger Helpers
to support dredging operations and assist the dredger crew in daily marine works. Candidates must be physically fit, hardworking, and ready to work on marine project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dredger operators and dredging crew in daily dredging operations.
Support in handling pipelines, hoses, cables, and dredging equipment.
Assist in basic cleaning, greasing, and maintenance support on dredger/deck.
Support in loading/unloading tools, materials, and spare parts.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness on dredger/worksite.
Assist in mooring/unmooring activities as required.
Follow all HSE rules and PPE requirements.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience
in dredging / marine / construction helper role (preferred).
Valid STCW certificate is mandatory.
Valid Seaman Book is mandatory.
Ability to work in marine environment and outdoor site conditions.
Physically fit and capable of manual work.
Immediate joiners preferred.
