Job Title: Draughtsman/CAD technician

Role Overview

You will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate technical drawings to support the design team across all stages of the project. You'll play a vital role in translating design concepts into clear, buildable documents -- ensuring every detail aligns with Maison De Nova's standards of quality, precision, and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare accurate technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details Develop drawing packages for client presentations and construction documentation Collaborate closely with designers and external consultants to ensure design intent is fully captured Convert concept sketches into detailed CAD drawings Maintain drawing standards and ensure documentation aligns with project specifications Assist in site surveys and as-built drawings as needed

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in a similar drafting or technical role within the interior design or architecture industry Proficient in AutoCAD (required); working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D software is a strong advantage Solid understanding of construction detailing, building regulations, and material specifications in the UAE or Europe (both is highly preferred) Experience producing comprehensive drawing packages for high-end residential or hospitality projects Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in technical work Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and within a design team

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
