Job Summary
We are looking for a talented
MEP Draughtsman (Electrical/Mechanical)
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and revising detailed technical drawings for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with all project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop
MEP drawings
including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and electrical layouts. Producecoordinated shop drawings
, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings. Work closely with MEP engineers to convert design concepts into detailed drawings. Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, engineering instructions, and project changes. Ensure compliance withMEP standards, codes, and project specifications
. Maintain drawing logs, documentation, and version control.Qualifications & Skills Required:
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering. Proficiency in
AutoCAD (2D/3D)
. Minimum1-3 years of experience
as an MEP draughtsman. Strong understanding ofMEP systems
and drafting standards. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and site instructions.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
