Job Description

we are looking for a technically strong MEP-Draughtsman with the right skill set and industry experience. Those who meet the requirements given below and are ready to take up this exciting as well as challenging opportunity can apply.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum 3 years' experience working for an Interior Fitout and Joinery and must have proven experience in successful completion of high-end commercial projects in UAE.
Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, Architecture or a relevant technical field.

Estimation knowledge will be highly preferred.
Excellent drafting skills in operating computer software like AutoCAD, Revit or MicroStation for creating and modifying MEP drawings.

Stong Knowledge in MEP systems & DEWA,SEWA,FEWA, ADDC,DCD,SCD,ADCD authority approvals MEP Drawings required.

Must have proven experience in successful completion of high-end commercial projects in UAE.

Experience with BIM software will be a plus Should be able to communicate fluently in English Expertise in interior technical drawings. Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Responsibilities:

Must be able of creating detailed production drawings for the Joinery/fit out works. Ability to work under pressure and as per the requirements of multiple projects simultaneously. Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards and be capable of coordination between fit out joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the projects. Must be able to absorb inputs from site and design teams and execute as needed. Support the senior estimator with estimation and quantity take off . Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site conditions, materials, or any other relevant parameters. Must be capable of producing Cutting list. Capable of preparing local authority drawings and as-built drawings Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different systems (e.g., electrical cables running through HVAC ductwork) using specialized software like Revit or AutoCAD. Evaluate existing site conditions and assist in identifying any issues that may affect the MEP system installations. Preparing documentations such as specifications, schedules, and reports related to MEP systems. Ensure that drawings are updated and revised as necessary based on changes in the design, site conditions, or feedback from engineers. Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the client's specifications and regulatory requirements.
