Prepare detailed drawings for civil, structural, and architectural works including layouts, sections, elevations, and details.
Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with site teams and engineers for design clarifications and drawing updates.
Ensure all drawings comply with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, etc.).
Maintain drawing registers and ensure document control procedures are followed.
Modify and update existing drawings based on design changes or site instructions.
Work with CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) for accurate drafting.
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and drawing documentation for submissions.
