Draughtsman
Job Description
Draft and Prepare Design Plans using CAD software and other drafting software. Layout the drawings of the given structures and specifications required. Prepare Post-Tension Drawings based on the detailed structural design and submit Design and drawings to Main Contractor for approval by Consultant/Authority in line with the procedures. The Design Procedure start with the input data to the suitable software, specifying the necessary parameters and check the output. Prepare the Post-Tension Submittal (Structural Calculations and Drawings) based on the approved Analysis and Design Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements. Completes as-built by utilizing RFIs, ECNs and red-marked drawings from construction to develop "Conformed to Construction Records" as required Drafting structural steel drawings, piling layouts/schedules, concrete layouts and building drawings Recording and filing stick files, forms and material take-offs (MTOs) Strong working knowledge of
AutoCAD
software Completion of drawings/designs using CAD, Revit and other softwareJob Type: Full-time
