Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Must have experience of 2 years in roads & infrastructure.*
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with design intent and building codes. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate design changes and client feedback. Maintain organized drawing files and document versions. Assist in preparing presentation drawings and 3D models when required. Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes. Participate in site visits to gather measurements or resolve technical discrepancies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. Proven experience as a draftsman in an architectural or construction environment of UAE only Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Strong understanding of architectural standards, detailing, and construction methods. Ability to interpret sketches, hand-drawn notes, and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
