Position:

Draftsman-Fitout

Experience:

5-8 years (in high-quality joinery works)

Salary Range:

AED 8,000 - 10,000

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

detailed joinery drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models

for kitchens, wardrobes, vanity units, doors, pergolas, and custom furniture. Convert

architectural and interior design drawings

into precise

workshop-ready drawings

. Collaborate with

project managers, site engineers, and joinery supervisors

to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs. Prepare

cutting lists, material take-offs, and assembly details

for workshop production. Ensure drawings

comply with design specifications, finishing standards, and client requirements

. Revise drawings as required during

site execution or client changes

. Coordinate with

quality control and production teams

to minimize errors and wastage. Maintain an organized

digital filing system

for all drawings and design documents.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

. Minimum

3-5 years UAE experience

as a joinery or interior draftsman, preferably in

luxury villa or fit-out projects

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other drafting software

. Strong knowledge of

materials, hardware, and joinery construction techniques

. Detail-oriented with strong

technical and spatial understanding

. Good communication and coordination skills to work with

site, workshop, and design teams

. Convert
