Job Description

Key One Design Solution is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman / Visualiser / Interior Designer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing high-end residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, timely execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Work on the design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and mood boards. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and FF&E schedules. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors. Supervise site works to ensure execution aligns with design intent and quality standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation. Oversee procurement and site installation schedules.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum of 3 years' experience in interior design and project coordination (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software. (Revit, 3DS Max, Corona is advantage) Excellent communication and site management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be available to join immediately.
