Job Description
We are looking for a
Draftsman
to support our upcomingexpansion and execution projects
, including new outlets and renovation works.The role will work closely with operations and site teams to ensure drawings are practical, execution-ready, and aligned with on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Primary Scope)
Prepare
technical drawings, layouts, and plans
for new projects and renovations Assist withspace planning, measurements, and detailed execution drawings
Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and project needs Coordinate drawings duringfit-out and construction phases
to ensure smooth execution Support project teams with clarification and technical input during implementationAdditional Value (Preferred Skills & Background)
Candidates with the following added skills will be given preference:
Basic understanding of
construction, maintenance, or technician work
Ability to assist withminor technical coordination on-site
when requiredIT or technical mindset
to bridge drawings with execution and troubleshooting A practical, solution-oriented approach that reduces reliance on multiple external consultantsCandidate Profile
Proven experience as a
Draftsman
(commercial, retail, or fit-out projects preferred) Proficiency inAutoCAD
or similar drafting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines Willingness to visit sites and coordinate with execution teams when neededEngagement Model

Immediate availability is highly preferred due to active ongoing projectsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: BD100.000 - BD250.000 per month
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
