Exciting opportunity! Architect (Road and Infrastructure Experience) Location: Abu Dhabi Availability: Immediate. Full : Hiring Architect with Road & Infrastructure Projects background with minimum 3 years of UAE experience on very urgent basis. Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages to completion. Architect Responsibilities:
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Take the \xe2\x80\x9cbrief\xe2\x80\x9d to identify clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, building\xe2\x80\x99s usage and environmental impact
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts to Project Manager and clients.
- Specifying the requirements for each project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Proven working experience as an Architect in UAE
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (Attested)
- Digital communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Ability to work under indirect supervision.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architect.
- Portfolio of design work.
- 3 years min experience as an Architect of UAE.
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, 3ds max is a must.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
