Job Title: Senior MEP Draftsman

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Draftsman with a solid background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drafting for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of total experience, including at least 8 years in the Gulf region, and will be proficient in preparing detailed coordination and shop drawings for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings based on project specifications and design drawings. Ensure drawings are in compliance with local authority regulations and international standards. Coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, architects, and site teams to resolve design conflicts. Update drawings based on design revisions, site instructions, or as-built requirements. Prepare builders' work, sleeve, and penetration drawings. Maintain drawing logs, records, and revision histories.
Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP drafting. At least 8 years of experience in the Gulf region on major construction projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit MEP and other BIM tools being an advantage. Strong understanding of MEP services including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and electrical systems. Familiarity with Gulf standards and authority regulations (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, DM, etc.). Knowldge and Expert in Revit+BIM Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
