WE ARE HIRING!!

POSITION : Draftsman (Joinery)

As a Joinery Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for joinery and fit-out works. You will work closely with the design, production, and project teams to ensure all details are clear, feasible, and aligned with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare detailed

shop drawings

,

joinery drawings

, and

manufacturing details

for retail and F&B fit-out projects. Translate design concepts and site measurements into precise technical drawings. Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy. Review designs to ensure compliance with materials, standards, and feasibility. Update drawings based on feedback, revisions, and site changes. Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Maintain drawing libraries, documentation, and version control.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 2

+ years of experience

in joinery drafting within the interior fit-out or woodworking industry. Strong knowledge of

retail

and

F&B fit-out standards

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(required); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software is a plus. Understanding of joinery materials, hardware, production methods, and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, MEP drawings, and site surveys. Excellent attention to detail, technical accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
