Job Title: Draftsman \xe2\x80\x93 High-Rise and Hotel Projects Industry: Construction Management Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with specialized experience in high-rise building and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. This role requires an individual who is proficient in drafting software and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring all drawings meet industry standards and project specifications. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for high-rise buildings and hotel projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to translate concepts and information into detailed plans and drawings. Utilize CAD software to create visual guidelines for construction projects. Ensure all drawings and plans comply with industry standards and regulations. Revise drawings and layouts as per the feedback from construction teams and project managers. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all architectural drawings and construction plans. Assist in the preparation of material estimates and project timelines based on drawings. Stay updated with new drafting technologies, software, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Draftsman, particularly in high-rise building and hotel construction projects. Technical degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc. Strong understanding of architectural and construction terminology and practices. Excellent attention to detail and precision in creating drawings. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the construction team. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with building codes and regulatory standards related to high-rise and hotel constructions.
