We are hiring Draftsman available in UAE - Fire Control & Protection System

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Industry: Fire Protection / Fire & Safety / MEP

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Fire Fighting / Fire Protection Field

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed Fire Fighting / Fire Protection system drawings (Sprinklers, Fire Hose Reels, Hydrants, Valves, Pump Rooms, etc.) using AutoCAD.

Develop shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in line with project requirements.

Ensure all drawings are in strict compliance with UAE Civil Defense Codes, NFPA Standards, and UAE Fire & Safety regulations.

Coordinate drawings with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical teams.

Update and revise drawings based on consultant/client/site feedback.

Prepare quantity take-offs for material estimation from approved drawings.

Assist with Civil Defense submissions and ensure all technical documentation is up to date.

Provide drawing clarifications and support to site teams during installation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Fire Fighting / Fire Protection industry is a must.

Strong expertise in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and drawing preparation standards.

Familiar with UAE Fire Codes, NFPA, and Civil Defense submission processes.

Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.

Good coordination skills with internal and external project teams.

Detail-oriented with strong time management.

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical / Drafting / Engineering discipline.
