Job Description

Draftsman - Interior Fit-Out (Shell & Core)

We are a fit-out company seeking an experienced Draftsman to support interior fit-out projects, primarily Shell & Core, by preparing accurate drawings in compliance with approved designs and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed architectural, shop, and as-built drawings (plans, elevations, sections). Prepare and revise authority submission drawings (DCD, DM, DDA, DSO, Trakhees, Nakheel, Mall Management). Coordinate basic MEP drawings (Electrical, HVAC, FF/FA, Plumbing). Prepare joinery and shop drawings for in-house production and subcontractors. Conduct site measurements and coordinate with site, design, consultant, and factory teams. Review and verify subcontractor drawings as per site conditions.

Requirements:



Diploma/Bachelor's in Architecture or Drafting. Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (Shell & Core preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD; 3D software knowledge is an advantage. Strong understanding of authority approval requirements. Good coordination and communication skills.
