Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate technical drawings based on project specifications and field data.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop site plans and parking layouts.
Revise and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Utilize CAD software to produce digital models and plans.
Assist in site surveys and measurements to gather necessary data for drafting.
Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably within parking management or related infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.
Good understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Relevant technical education or certification in drafting or related fields is preferred.
