Job Opening - Draftsman (Fit-Out & Joinery)

Draftsman - Fit-Out & Joinery

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare

shop drawings

for interior fit-out and joinery works. Develop

detailed joinery drawings

including furniture, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, and woodwork. Prepare

permit/authority drawings

(DDA or others) when required. Coordinate with

design consultants, project managers, site teams, and workshop

. Revise drawings based on comments and ensure approvals before site/fabrication. Prepare

as-built drawings

after project completion. Maintain proper

drawing revisions and document control

.

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

2-5 years UAE experience

in fit-out and joinery drafting. Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Good understanding of

interior fit-out and joinery details

. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:



Experience in

UAE fit-out projects

. Knowledge of authority submission drawings. Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:



Salary:

4500 to 5500 AED

Benefits: As per

UAE Labour Law


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
