Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Draftsman

with experience in both

Architectural drawings and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings based on project requirements and engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural and MEP drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for drawing revisions Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and proper documentation Update drawings according to design changes and site conditions Assist in preparing material take-offs and technical submissions Maintain drawing files, project records, and revisions

Qualifications:

Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Draftsman (Architectural + MEP) Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, SketchUp, or other software is an advantage) Good knowledge of drawing standards and construction practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skills Required:

AutoCAD drafting Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Coordination and communication skills Time management and ability to handle multiple projects Site experience is a plus
