As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans, layouts, and specifications that meet the regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Create and modify detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings using CAD software. Interpret sketches, specifications, and technical reports to produce precise construction drawings. Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback effectively. Ensure all drawings meet company standards, regulatory codes, and client expectations. Maintain organized documentation and version control for all project drawings. Assist in site visits when necessary to verify and update drawings based on field conditions. Support the engineering team by providing technical drawing expertise throughout project phases.

Qualifications & Skills

Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and clear technical drawings. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
