Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with at least 3 years of experience in preparing civil and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) shop drawings for construction projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of producingaccurate drawings to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare detailed civil and BBS shop drawings for RCC work in accordance with project specifications and standards. Review architectural, structural, and BBS plans to coordinate and resolve discrepancies. Update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and design changes. Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Maintain drawing logs and ensure all documents comply with company and project drafting standards. Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion. Ensure drawings comply with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.

Requirements



Diploma or certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of drafting experience

in civil and BBS disciplines. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage. Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
