Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise detailed
2D and 3D drawings
for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Collaborate with
architects, engineers, and project managers
to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Ensure all drawings meet
UAE codes, project specifications, and company standards
.
Support design and site teams with accurate technical documentation.
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
.
Excellent
attention to detail, communication, and teamwork
skills.
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
as a Draftsman in an
engineering consultancy.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
; knowledge of
Revit, SketchUp
, or similar software is an advantage.
Strong understanding of
UAE building regulations and standards
.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
architectural and structural detailing

Familiarity with
BIM/Revit workflows
.
Knowledge of
MEP coordination
