We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Draftsman
to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed
2D drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation
based on design concepts, site measurements, and client requirements. You will work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to translate creative ideas into precise technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
AutoCAD drawings
for interior layouts, furniture, joinery, ceiling, lighting, and MEP coordination.
Develop
working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
in accordance with project standards.
Collaborate with designers to
convert sketches, conceptual designs, and mood boards
into technical drawings.
Conduct
site visits and take measurements
to ensure drawing accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for
technical details and drawing approvals
.
Maintain
drawing documentation, version control, and file organization
.
Assist in
material specifications and BOQ preparation
when required.
Ensure all drawings comply with
building codes, design standards, and company quality procedures
.
