Required Structural/ civil draftsman for Immediate joining.
Must have 3-5 years of UAE experience as civil Draftsman in construction field.
Prepare
2D and 3D drawings
,
plans
,
sections
, and
details
using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
Develop
shop drawings
,
as-built drawings
, and
coordination drawings
for civil and structural works.
Review and revise drawings based on engineers' comments or site modifications.
Ensure drawings comply with
project specifications
,
local authority standards
, and
company procedures
.
Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) for design integration.
Maintain an organized library of updated drawings and revisions.
Assist in preparing
quantity take-offs
,
layout plans
, and
submission drawings
.
Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions or existing conditions.
Support the engineering team in preparing design proposals and technical documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
