Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare technical drawings and plans based on design specifications and engineering calculations. The ideal candidate will have experience using CAD software and a solid understanding of construction and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software. Convert rough sketches and specifications into technical drawings. Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards and regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements. Modify and update drawings based on client or engineering approval feedback. Maintain a well-organized archive of drawing files and revisions. Ensure drawings are completed on time and align with project schedules. Assist in site visits when required to gather data or verify design accuracy.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design tools is a plus. Strong understanding of construction and architectural standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in MEP, civil, or architectural drafting. Basic knowledge of 3D modeling or rendering software is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
