OGO Contracting are seeking an experienced Draftsman
(Civil)
with a minimum of
2 to 3 years of UAE experience
to join our dynamic team immediately!
Key Requirements:
Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
Modify and update designs based on feedback and project changes.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards, codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to resolve design discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and organize drawing files.
Create
construction drawings, layouts, and detailed designs
for civil structures.
Interpret and convert
architectural/engineering sketches and specifications
into technical drawings.
Maintain and update
as-built drawings and project documentation
.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to clarify design requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with
relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
.
Assist in
quantity take-offs and material estimation
from drawings.
Revise and update designs based on feedback or site modifications.
Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, product drawings and presentations as required.
Support site teams with technical drawing clarifications.
Minimum
2 -3 years of experience
in planning and scheduling within the UAE.
