Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
shop drawings
,
as-built drawings
, and
coordination drawings
for all aspects of interior fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, etc.)
Develop 2D/3D CAD drawings based on design team input, site conditions, and client requirements.
Ensure that all drawings adhere to project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to reflect any site modifications in updated drawings.
Maintain organized records of drawings and ensure version control.
Support material take-offs and quantity calculations as needed.
Attend site visits to verify measurements and conditions when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in interior fit-out projects
(residential, commercial, retail, hospitality).
Proficient in
AutoCAD
; knowledge of
SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software
is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out details, materials, and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
