specialist who generates 2D & 3D drawings for villa-scale reconstruction and fit-out projects, coordinates models with engineers, and prepares authority-ready sheets. The role works from the office (B203, Prime Business Center, JVC) and is pivotal to the department's on-schedule services delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drawing Production :
Create concept, schematic and detailed drawings in AutoCAD & Revit (plans, sections, elevations, schedules)
Develop coordinated shop-drawings / as-built sets for the site
BIM & Model Coordination :
Maintain federated BIM files, run clash checks, export IFC/NWC for engineers
Annotate revisions, apply DM title blocks and layer standards
Authority Submissions :
Format sheets and layer colours to DM/DDA/Trakhees templates
Issue PDFs to the project manager on the same business day after internal sign-off; incorporate comments until approval
Internal Collaboration :
Liaise daily with Architectural, Structural and MEP engineers; update BOQ take-offs
Log all drawings in Zoho Projects / Google Drive with correct revision codes
Quality & Process :
? Follow ArchiStruct SOP for naming, revision control and file archiving
? Flag design inconsistencies to the Chief Engineer before issuing

Mandatory Requirements
