Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to produce technical drawings and plans for our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD software, a strong understanding of design and engineering principles, and the ability to interpret specifications and requirements accurately.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD or other design software. Work from rough sketches, specifications, and calculations provided by engineers and architects. Revise drawings based on engineering or architectural changes. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and updates. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to meet project deadlines. Assist in estimating materials, dimensions, and other requirements. Conduct site visits (if required) to gather data or support design accuracy.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other tools such as Revit, SolidWorks, or SketchUp is a plus. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
