Job Description

:

We are hiring a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in contracting or construction projects. The candidate must be capable of preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for various construction and fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for construction and fit-out projects Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and clarity Modify and revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client feedback Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards Maintain an organized drawing archive and documentation Conduct site visits to collect measurements and understand design requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of drafting experience in a

contracting or fit-out company

Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (e.g., Revit is a plus) Strong knowledge of construction methods and detailing Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
