Draftsman
to join our
technical and project management team
. This role is essential in translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and ensuring seamless communication between design and site execution.
Role Overview
The
Draftsman
will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed CAD drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines as required. The role involves coordination with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings are up-to-date, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with project requirements. Experience in
villa, low-rise, and renovation/modification projects
is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings as per design specifications and authority standards
Update and revise drawings based on consultant or engineer feedback
Maintain organized drawing sets, documentation, and revision logs
Ensure all drawings comply with UAE regulations and local authority submission requirements
Coordinate with site teams to reflect actual site conditions in drawings (As-Built)
Assist in the preparation of drawing packages for permit approvals and client presentations
Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software efficiently
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant villa and building construction experience
At least 3 years of experience working in Dubai
Currently based in Dubai
(applications from outside Dubai will not be considered)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools
Thorough knowledge of local building codes and authority procedures (Dubai Municipality, Trakheesi, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, precision, and documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
