Architectural Draftsman

to join one of our reputed clients' teams in Dubai.

The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and shop drawings based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD software, possess excellent attention to detail, and have experience working on construction or infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and details. Create shop drawings and coordinate with structural and MEP drawings. Assist in developing design documentation for permits and construction. Revise drawings as per instructions from architects or engineers. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Coordinate with the site team and consultants when required. Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in the UAE. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software. Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Availability to join immediately or on short notice is an advantage.
